Hi, I’m Paula
Holistic physio, women’s wellness coach and yoga teacher. I have been working with women for over two decades, supporting health and wellness across the lifespan; including PERIMENOPAUSE!
At 46 I am well and truely in the perimenopause transition right there with my patients. My body certainly responds differently to exercise, stress, food, sleep, alcohol, everything!! Perimenopause is another portal in a woman’s life, offering a chance for growth and reclamation.
I work with an incredible team of gynaecologist and allied health professionals at Vera Wellness in the Samford Valley outside of Brisbane, and we are passionate about re-branding what it means to be a perimenopausal women.
To step over the threshold as menopausal wise women we simply MUST prioritise our health and wellness. In my clinic I see so many women struggling with insulin resistance, weight gain and belly fat, hot flushes, anxiety, depression, low libido, stress, joint and muscle aches and pains and more.
Exercise, nutrition and stress management are VITAL if you desire to age strong. Join me in this holistic 8 week journey towards health and vitality as we age strong together.
In this program, we take you on a 28-day experience, where we will teach you exactly how to show up for yourself every single day. You will be accountable to us as we guide you through the practices we live by in our daily life.
