Welcome to my 8-week App based program designed to optimise your health during perimenopause and beyond. Building muscle is KEY to wellness as we age.
Our changing hormones effect every organ and system in our body; our heart, brain, gut, muscles, bone and of course our body composition (hello belly fat!)
This program is based on the latest research in women’s wellness AND is how I live my life. All you need is a yoga mat and a few weights to get started. You can workout from home OR take this program into your own gym.
I’ve created a balance of strength, HIIT, LISS, yoga, and meditation workouts to suit your needs. They’re between 10 and 60 minutes long, so they’ll fit into your busy life.
You will be prompted to start a daily gratitude journal to support your mental and emotional health. This practice literally takes 1 minute to do and boosts your holistic wellbeing.
I will share my favourite, delicious high fibre, high protein recipes along the way to support your mind and body.
My intention is always consistency and joy. Exercise should never feel like a punishment—it’s here to nourish your body, release feel-good hormones, and bring energy and joy to our lives.
